RCA House Conference is an intimate and power-packed experience for schools that use RCA’s Houses as well as schools who would like to start a House System on their campuses. Specifically, schools that attend this conference need to use or intend to use some or all of RCA’s official houses of Altruismo, Amistad, Isibindi, Nukumori, Onraka, Protos, Rêveur and Sollevare. During this conference, educators will come together for an incredible experience where they will learn how to enhance their school’s house system! When you attend House Con 2024, you will be able to witness firsthand the magic and power of the House System in a very tangible way.
This PD is an interactive, immersive learning experience where you will observe classes and participate in dynamic workshops that will teach you how create or enhance your House System in a way that will transform your school environment, create a sense of belonging for your students and families, ignite a passion for learning, provide meaningful support, encourage academic excellence, foster authentic relationships, encourage parental involvement, and ensure a climate and culture where all students and staff thrive!
While here, your day(s) will be a mixture of classroom observations, workshops, and opportunities to engage directly with us. And we know how hard you work, so we will also give you the needed motivation, inspiration, and support you need to go back home energized, validated, and equipped for the challenging work you do. There will also be hands-on-activities, networking opportunities, and much more.
