Demand for our revolutionary professional development program continues to grow. Because the RCA campus lacks sufficient space to accommodate the number of educators who request to participate in our program, RCA and its board of trustees launched a $4.8 million campaign to expand capacity for our educator training program.

The new 25,000-square foot addition will serve as a state-of-the-art educator training facility and will accommodate student lunches, PE class, and finally a place to hold up to 600 students and educators at one time.
